What we collect
When you take the free Happiness Audit we collect your first name and email address so we can give you your personalised results. If you complete the audit we also store your score and category results alongside your details.
Marketing emails
Marketing consent is entirely separate from receiving your audit results. We only send you practical mindset tools, coaching insights, offers and updates if you actively tick the marketing consent box. We record the date and time you gave that consent, and the date and time of any change. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe or "manage preferences" link in any email, which opens your personal email preferences page, or by emailing us.
How your data is stored
Your details are stored securely in a private database. They are never displayed publicly on this website, never sold, and only accessible to The Happy Life Co.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email thehappylifeco.hlc@gmail.com and we'll action it.
Coaching bookings
1:1 sessions are booked through Calendly, which collects the details needed to confirm your appointment. Coaching conversations are treated as confidential.
